Many years ago I entered the Real Estate business as a new associate. I had the priviledge of working with Van. His guidance and constant support was truly a blessing. He will be missed by many in the valley. My sympaties go out to his son Steve.

I will miss our "brainstorming" sessions, our talks on life and all the craziness attached to it. The happy hours at Kaiser...

Van will truly be missed by all who knew him. We were married 15 years and had many wonderful times. Our parties in Palm Springs were legendary. He had a wonderful sense of humor even in his last months of life. Rest in peace my friend.
