Not sure what to say?

I was blessed to have Ike as a coworker, friend and fellow union brother. Ike was an active member of UAW Local 730. After retiring from the GM plant on 36th street he and, his wife, Jo continued being active doing whatever they could to improve the lives of others. All of his fellow union brothers and sisters will sorely miss the smiling face of Dwight C. Jamison. R.I.P. Ike!

Never Forgotten

Had the honor and privilege of knowing one of the nicest guys I'll ever meet in this life. Worked with Ike for over 25 years in the millwright dept.at GM. Best conveyor man we had on 2nd shift. Conscience about his work and faithful to its cause. A real craftsman and a great guy to work with. Dedicated to his job and loyal to his friends and the union. Sadly missed. Just found out about his passing today. Wish I had known sooner. Rest in peace old friend.

Jo, I am so sorry to hear about Ike passing. I just found out today (8-12- 2018). Had I known I would have been at his service. He was not only a good friend but a strong UNION man who served UAW Local 730 for years and then served the Retiree Local until he took his last breath. I know how much you and he loved each other so I hope you can find peace.

Your friend

Dear Jo and Family, We are so sorry to hear of Ike's passing he was a great man.

Ike was such a great guy, even was willing to play Santa Claus at a women's rehab center. I worked with him for many years at GM. I will miss him but grateful I got to visit him and Jo on Thursday morning. I will keep his family in my prayers
