LAKELAND -- Services for Mr. Dwight "Dusty" Rutledge of Lakeland, who died Monday (Sept. 30, 2002), will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Dukes-Steen Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
