Dylan G. Hoffman

Dylan passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016. Dylan was a resident of Lombard, Illinois at the time of his passing. He attended Hammerschmidt Elementary School Glenn Westlake Middle School Glenbard East High School and Naperville North High School. He graduated in 2000 and attended College of DuPage. He was married to Jordan. Visitation will be held Wednesday October 19 from 2 to 8 PM at Brust Funeral Home 135 S. Main St Lombard. Funeral Services will be Thursday October 20 with prayers at 9:30 AM from Brust Funeral Home to Sacred Heart Church 114 S. Elizabeth Lombard for 10 AM Mass. Interment will be at Assumption Cemetery.
