Dear Welch family,
It has taken me along time to put these feelings into words. I had the pleasure and I do mean pleasure of teaching Dy;lan in 4th grade. Dylan was my hero and my daily inspiration. There were days I was dealing with my own medical issues and as soon as Dylan came into that classroom with that mischievous glint in his eye and smile or wave I knew I could face that day. Dylan you are and will always be our inspiration. I am a better person for being part of your life by how you lived. Every time I an cooking and adding a few spices (Hot) you will be in my mind.
