Not sure what to say?

Unfortunately I didn't know Keith personally, only through research into our family's history. My mom, Connie (Clifford's oldest daughter), might remember him though. Regardless, our thoughts are with our Michigan family.

I wish to pass on my condolences to Jim, Don and the rest of the family. I remember your father as a gentle man who made everyone his friend. May the family find peace and comfort during these hard times.

I'm Robert Hilliker's youngest daughter. Although I don't believe I ever met Great Uncle Keith, I wanted to send my condolences. Dad tells me he was the last of a generation and a good man. I know you all must feel great sorrow at his loss. I know family was very important to my Grandma Irene. She and my dad took care to make sure we know the Adams geneology.

In sympathy for your loss!

My deepest sympathy in the loss of Uncle Keith. I don't think you could find a kinder, gentler soul. Uncle Keith reminded me so much of my grandfather (John Q. Adams Sr.). He is now with Aunt Kay. It is tearing me apart not to be able to come to his funeral. Thank you mom for being so good to Uncle Keith the last years of his life. I'm sure he would thank you himself if he could. Once again my deepest sympathy, and my heart will be with you all on Monday. You are all in my prayers to...

I am so very sorry to learn of Uncle Keith's passing.
I am the oldest son of Irene Delia Adams [Hilliker] Keith's half sister. I remember attending Uncle Keith and Aunt Kay's wedding when I was nine years old.
Uncle Keith and I never got to know each other really well, but we communicated at Christmas time and once in awhile during the rest of the year. My wife Betty and I visited he and Aunt Kay in 1991 on our way back to Alaska from a trip to Vermont. Just last year we met my...

Keith was my first cousin. His father and my father, Kirt West Adams were brothers. I will never forget when he came to Vermont in the '30s, hitchhiking in his Boy Scout uniform. A few years later, he came back to see us driving his car. My wife Barbara and I were able to visit him twice in Michigan; once in the '40s and again for Keith and Kay's 50th anniversary. We will always remember him as a cheerful, friendly and optimistic person, much like his uncle, Kirt West Adams. Our...

Cousin Keith was a wonderful man. I know Keith and Kay are back together now, and that they are happy again. I will miss being able to talk with him about genealogy, and his reminiscences about the past. He got the Vermont family in touch with the Michigan and Alaska cousins, and I hope we can stay in touch, with Keith's gentle guidance.
