Not sure what to say?

Kathryn,
Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had heard of Kent’s illness and had included him in my prayers and now I have just heard of his death and am deeply saddened. I considered Kent a dear and close friend. Seeing you and Kent last spring was like 20 years hadn’t passed. Kent was the ultimate friend. Many of my memories of him all include fun - playing softball, golfing or just visiting. His smile, good humor and compassion will be missed. The grief over the loss of Kent...

Kathryn, Jane, and Faith: I am sad to hear of Kent's passing. I am very happy to have known and worshiped with him at Anchorage Lutheran Church. His soft humor will also be remembered.

Kathryn, Jane and Faith,
Our deepest sympathy at your loss. Kent was a charming and charismatic person. God bless you,
Mark, Lisa, Alex and Gabby Susich

Kent and I studied together for several years to earn our CPCU designation. He was always the professional. I admired his intelligence and loved his quiet humor. We had our quarterly CPCU Society meeting this week and have made a donation in Kent's memory to the CPCU Lohman Education Foundation. He will be missed. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you .

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Sometimes there are those special people in life who help shape the person you become and help you choose what paths you take. Kent was one of those people. He was always a great mentor and friend. He will definitey be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Kent's passing. My prayers are with your family.

Dear Eckhoff Family: As a fellow West Coast Missourian I have enjoyed working and trading old Mizzou stories with Kent over the last couple of years. He was such a wonderful and decent man. I am very sorry for your loss and am thinking of all of you. God Bless.

I was saddened to hear of Kent's passing. Kent handled the insurance for many of my clients over the years. We became friends and played golf together. He was the ultimate professional. He was a man of the highest integrity. I will miss him.

Over the past couple of years, I had numerous business dealings with Kent. I am not surprised to find out that he had an active and deep faith life. It was certainly evident in my dealings with him. He was always personable and professional. I know that this comes from a deep relationship with our Lord, through the presence of the Holy Spirit.

To the Eckhoff family, I wish to extend my deepest condolences for your loss. I pray that the Lord may comfort you in your grief. Fear...
