I will always remember Bill as a classy man with a gentle smile and a heart of joy. Joy in his wife, his daughter and granddaughter. I only saw Bill a few times but the depth of his friendship will last a lifetime. He will be missed; good people are. This world is missing this gentleman.

When classmates grow up together in a small town and move on with their lives, we often wonder how they turned out. Without a doubt Bill's personal character never changed. Just as in High School everyone is characterizing the Bill that we knew. His kindness and concern for others is what everyone remembers of Bill. We lost an incredibly kind soul. Wishing peace and gratitude to the family.

I feel privileged to have known Bill, even in the brief time it was, he managed to leave a wonderful warm and caring place in my heart. He was taken too soon but left beautiful memories for his Family to cherish. Keep them close and pass them on. I am so saddened for your loss, Kris. Prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

About 40 years ago I auditioned for a concert band for high school students Bill directed at CIM. I didn't become a professional musician (I'm an aerospace engineer) but his lessons opened doors that I never could have gotten through without him. I think I speak for many of his students when I say I'm sorry for your family's loss. He made the world a better place.
