My deepest condolences to your family. My late Mom, Juanita Lacey Robinson, who passed on 1/3/18, worked with Dr. Flagg at the Newark Board of Education for years. I went to school at Weequahic High School with Lu and Tommy. I remember that her diction was impeccable and her demeanor an example for all.

Much of my character was formed by the community and family I developed at Flagg, and the teachers and leaders she inspired who worked there stay with me every day. I am an educator...

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of your loved one. May all the joyful memories shared and cherish comfort you during this difficult time (Romans 15:13).
