I started off as a patient of Dr. Harold Morgan more than 20 years ago through a mutual dear friend and nurse, Mrs. Elise Tharpe. Dr. David Morgan was the best doctor that I ever had. I went to his brother Dr. Allen Morgan for infertility treatments and got pregnant with triplets. Dr. David Morgan delivered them (his first set). He was there for me through many complications and hospitalizations. He will be missed by many people. God just received another ANGEL.

Some years ago, I was a patient of Dr. Allen Morgan and Dr. Harold Morgan. I suffered an ectopic pregnancy and they saved my life. Then, I became a patient of Dr. David Morgan for some time. I was so sorry to hear of his death. When a family has touched so many lives through their healing hands, know that many are eternally grateful. If prayers and gratitude of others guarantees a place in heaven, Dr.Morgan is certainly there. God bless your family. You will be forever in my prayers.

I am so saddened to hear of Dr. Morgan's passing. He was a wonderful man and doctor. 23 years ago yesterday he brought my beautiful baby boy into this world. He was kind and caring.
