E. Elmer Sivacek

Though I am many miles away (in Key Largo, FL) and learned just yesterday of Elmer Sivacek's peaceful passing from this world, my thoughts and prayers will be with all of Elmer's family and friends as they gather today to remember this very fine husband, father, gentleman and good citizen.

It was my good fortune of meeting both Elmer and his wife, Ginny, when I was still a young person through my friendship with their sons, John and Jim, fellow "river rats" at Ann Arbor Huron High....
