Not sure what to say?

I was fortunate to play for coach Weber in the mid 80's. My condolences go out to his family. Truly a person whom helped shape my life.

Coach Weber was such a positive influence on my son and so many other son's over the years through his work in the Colorado Springs little league. He coached my son Jon for several seasons, and will always be my favorite baseball coach. He was a great coach and an even better person, I feel like I've lost a family member. Rest in peace Coach Weber.

I worked with Ray at Progressive Insurance and he was always a very kind gentleman. It was an honor to have known him. My thoughts and prayers go out to Ray's family. God Bless you all.

Coach Weber was an amazing mentor, leader, and friend to thousands of young men in this community. He gave the great gift of his time and wisdom to so many. There is no doubt that he positively influenced the youth of this community. The world is a better place for the generous and patient work of Coach Weber. Out thoughts and prayers are with the Weber family. He will surely be missed by so many.

The Gaddie Family

I worked with Ray at the Pikes Peak Region of the YMCA in the 1980s when he was director of a variety of youth programs. I remember Ray as a very kind and quiet-spoken person who was committed to the fellowship of the people with whom he came in contact. My condolences go out to his family.

Coach Weber was one of those individuals who did not measure success by wins and losses. I am grateful that I got to know him and will remember him as the person who allowed my son to enjoy baseball his senior year at Palmer.
God bless him.

Coach Weber was a great coach and great friend!! Watching him interact with his players was like watching an artist paint their masterpiece. While he wanted to win as much as the next coach, he was not willing to sacrafice his integrety. He never missed an opportunity to teach sportsmanship

He coached many teams taking several to the Little League Regional Tournaments (one step from the LL World Series.)In the late '90's he was instrumental bringing the Senior and Big League...

Mr. Weber coached me in Little League and he coached my son in summer ball. He was a great coach and person! Our condolences go out to his family.
