Rusty and Cavanaugh Family, I was truly saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Cavanaugh. I met him several years ago and I was impressed and facinated with his' kindness, intellect and positive nauture. I enjoyed listening as he expressed his' great admiration of his' family, community and the New London Police Department. The New London/Waterford communities will miss this great man, he was truly a role model and significant community leader.
