Not sure what to say?

EJ what a legacy you left behind. Your family, friends and community Adored and loved you tremendously. May you rest in paradise my friend

One of the brightest men I have ever met. I remember the first time I met him when I was in xray school and had clinicals with him. He was the kindest and most loving man then and was every day after. You will be greatly missed by so many people. My prayers are with your beautiful family. Rest in heaven

EJ took care of many of our dialysis patients. If we had a problem I could just pick up the phone, EJ would
answer my call, and fix our problem. I have known EJ since our IR days together at UofL. I watched him grow from a competent technician to a competent Physician Assistant. He will be missed greatly by the Nephrology community. My heart breaks for all of us who will miss him, but especially his family.

From our days on the Haymarket, the whole Mike family was top notch. My deepest sympathy for your loss, your brother was a class young man and like you all, he had my deepest respect.

E.J. served our veterans with great skill and care. He could always be counted on to go out of his way to make sure a patient's needs were met. His kind, calm, presence will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to his family.

My Deepest Sympathies to the Entire Family!!! My Love, Thoughts & Prayers are with everyone!!! May His Memory Be Eternal!!!

EJ was truly respected by co-workers and patients at the Louisville VA Medical Center. He performed numerous procedures on my father, who always raved about him. As an employee at the VA for 7 years and a child of a patient, I had many interactions with him. I'm so sorry to hear this news. He was a good man. My prayers go out to his family.
