E. Lee Skaggs

E. Lee Skaggs, 55, of Gee Hollow Road, Waverly, Ohio died 10:35 a.m. Thursday, 7 May 2015 in SOMC Hospice, Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born 27 January 1960 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late Alfred Edward Skaggs and Bonnie Louise (Whittington) Skaggs of Peebles, Ohio. Surviving are a daughter, Keisha Skaggs and her life partner Tori Fite of Waverly and two sisters Judy Jude and husband Joseph of Waverly and Anna Marie Castener of Indianola, Iowa. Lee was a Retired Pipe Welder. His father and two brothers, Edward Darrell and Harold Eugene Skaggs, preceded Lee in Death. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday 9 May 2015 at the BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly with Brother Clyde Rose, Officiating.
