July 17, 1910 March 1, 2007 Earl R. Bowers, 96, of Athens passed away Thursday. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today.
