Not sure what to say?

Hi Earl
You always so sweet to me and Alysa. I only need to tell you one time what I like to eat and that food will keep coming infront of my house for year. I will miss seating in your car with my hot tea ready and door open in the morning to work. If you see my son Ryan make sure you take care of him for me too.
Until we meet again

Dearest Earl,

Thank you for being a good friend.... You always looked out for me in a special way. We will definitely meet again and drink more green tea, go do some more grocery shopping. In the mean time, I am going to need to find another friend to bring me fruit, other goodies and sales coupons. The truth is no one else can fill your space.... I will always remember you and miss you a lot. I am sure you don't miss that annoying alarm clock going off in the middle of the night...

I met Earl through work 26 years ago when I moved to the bay area. He was kind enough to show me around and introduced me to some of his friends. Every summer he would invite me to his bbq picnics and softball games with all his buddies. We always had a good fun time.
Earl was a kind and caring person. He was also a very giving person. I traveled with him to many parts of the world and no matter where we were he would always made it a priority to bring something back for his...

Earl was the type of person who can be everyone’s friend. It was always a happy surprise getting an occasional phone call from him. He enjoyed organizing get together lunches and picnics for classmates. Looking back, I wished I had attended all those events just to thank him for his effort in providing the opportunity for “old” friends to meet. Earl, you will be dearly missed.

To Ellen and Jerome, sorry to hear about the passing of your son and brother, may he rest in peace, you have my deepest sympathy, this is Michael from Mr. Bing's.

Knowing Earl from Francisco Junior High School days(SF)....we were part of a "gang" known as "THE CHAN BROTHERS"...friends who thought of others as human beings....never out to be-little or hurts others.
Renewed our friendship recently. I'm very saddened by his untimely passing.
Earl...my brother, you will be missed.. Until we meet again....GOD SPEED your journey....
Aloha ke akua, a me ke aloha pumehana.

Earl and I met in Elementary School and we also attended Junior and High School. He will be sorely missed. I was hoping to see him at the reunion in October.

Rest in Peace Earl, we will miss you!

Thanks for all the memories!

I first met Earl while growing up during my teen years and played competitive sports with him at North Beach Playground. I admired him for his competitive nature. Sorry to hear of his sudden passing.
