Earl was born on May 20, 1958 and passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016. Earl was a resident of Cove City, North Carolina at the time of his passing. He was married to Penny McCoy Cleland. Funeral will be held Wednesday at Pollock-Best Funeral Home at 10 a.m., followed by burial at Greenleaf Memorial Park with Pastor Neal Cox and Pastor Steve Grissom officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.
