Earl Clark Colbert

One of the nicest men I have ever known. So quiet and truly a gentle man. He was a good neighbor and a better fisherman. My family lived next to Earl through the 70's and early eighties and it was always fun to talk to the Colbert's over the fence. I'm sorry that I just found out that you passed and I send my best to Jeff and your sweet wife. I won't say goodbye however because I know that you are just enjoying a new adventure. I am saddened to hear of Uncle Ugs passing. I have many fond memories of him. He was a truly loving and gentle soul.
Since there is no service, I hope that you get this message of my sincere condolences. I am sure he was a good dad, and that it is hard in many ways to lose him.
As dad's family has now dwindled to leave only one (Aunt Tonts), I am so aware of now being among the "older generation". When did that happen??!
It would have been nice to have seen all of you...
