Not sure what to say?

I am so deeply saddened to hear of Earl passing. He touched so many lives in the very best way. I am so very grateful and blessed I had the chance to know him as both a colleague and a friend. My heart goes out to Tammy, his boys and extended family. Remember he is always with you.

Dear Tammy and sons, I'm so sorry to hear of Earl's passing. My son told me today. I worked at Pratt for several years. I'm so sorry for your loss. He was an amazing gentleman and I admired him. May God wrap his arms around you and hold you all through this most difficult time. Lisa Stedman

Sending prayers for his family. Earl is the best manager I´ve ever worked for. May God cover his family during this time.

Earl has been one of my closest friends since we met in Charlotte in 1993. So, so many memories and fun times we have shared over the years. Even when we were young single professionals, Earl, in his own way always pushed me to do better and go further. As life would have it we physically moved in opposite directions but our friendship never changed. I will forever treasure our annual Christmas day phone call - which always took 2-3 follow up calls until we were fully caught up. Love, prayers...

I worked with Earl for many years at Pratt & Whitney. A wonderful man and professional, always kind and well spoken. A role model of civility. I will mist him... My condolences to his family and the whole community which he supported. May God bless him.

Dearest Tammy, Evan, Kyle and Jonathan, My sincerest condolences, there are no words suitable. Earl marked all those that had the pleasure of getting to know him. He was a friend, a colleague, and a leader who deeply cared for others. He was also a man who clearly loved his family deeply and could talk about all of you endlessly. He is sorely missed.

Earl, I am indebted to you for all the many gifts you gave. Among them were friendship, trust, honesty, knowledge and unfettered optimism. Your DNA is imprinted on my character and on my soul. And for that, I´m a better man. My condolences to the family, numerous friends and fellow colleagues. Rest in power great brother.

To the entire Exum Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. I pray that as the days and weeks pass, God gives you peace as you return to life's routine, and that you are all comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Evelyn, Eileen, Eric, and Ellen, your brother is not forgotten and I cherish memories of our days hanging out in Rosedale.

Earl was a phenomenal human being. Our condolences and prayers go out to his family. He will truly be missed.
