I grieve the loss of this wonderful man. My family and I are praying for the entire Hoffman family that you may find peace in knowing that Earl is With our lord and savior ahead of us. All though it was many years later before I believed and was saved, it was Earl who shared the good news with me for the fist time. And for that I am forever grateful to this wonderful man. Earl was my coach at Mechanicsburg and he was a great influence on my life. He was not only a coach but a friend. You will be missed .

My condolences to the entire Hoffman family, I have such fond memories of Earl throughout my high school days; many a summer evening getting personal wrestling technique instruction at his home on the 10x10 mat while Randy and I would be wrestling, attending many summer tournaments, and getting expert mat side instruction during any match any where, just to mention a few things.
