Not sure what to say?

Uncle Earl welcomed me into the Holbrook family with the warmest hug, when I married his nephew Anthony. Unfortunatly my in-laws passed away years before I met my husband but, uncle Earl sat me down and showed me pictures for hours, telling me stories about the family, his smile showed a kind, soft, strength, and I'm a better person for knowing him.
He will be missed!
Mrs. Anthony Holbrook

I will never forget going over to Aunt Dot and Earl's on Adams Street watching him play the accordion; he inspired me to take it up and I played it until I was in the 5th grade at Perry School (I still have one in my closet). He had this wonderful smile when he would see you, and a spirit of making you welcome whenever I went to their house. TO THE FAMILY OF EARL, ON THE BEHALF OF THE WILSON & ADDIE FAMILY OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL. GOD ALWAYS KNOWS WHATS BEST & GOD CALLED HIS SON HOME TO GIVE HIM REST. EARL WAS SUCH A QUIET & RESERVED MAN.I TRULY ENJOYED HEARING HIM PLAY THE SAXOPHONE. EARL LOVE FOR MUSIC & GOLF WAS HIS PASSIONS.EARL IS GONE BUT, NEVER FORGOTTEN.

To a very special Uncle. Uncle Earl always found time to talk and listen. Give good and knowledged information on any subject. I will always cherish the time I personally spent with my Uncle growing up and thru the years listening to his music and concerts. You will always be in my heart.

Gabriel gets another player in the trumpet section, St. Andrew can now fill out his Saturday foursome, but down here we'll all miss you Earl. You always brightened any room you were in with music, laughter and a positive attitude. When I started in the Ypsilanti Community Band you were there to greet me. You got me in to the Riverside Big Band and I always enjoyed your company. Sleep tight, you've earned it.
