I am sorry to hear of this. Earl worked with my son in his troubled times. Sadly my son didn't learn from Earls words and actions. However "I did". He gave me a foundation and I have never forgotten Earl Horton. His stregnth in working with my son. Dealing with troubled kids in my book he was the best. Earl your family will miss you and so will Reno/Sparks kids in need. God Bless

My sincere condolence of the passing or Earl. He and I attended UNR and shared quite a number of classes together. He was a dedicated, reliable study companion who always out scored me on tests.....he is a very dear man.....Heather Flowers

I was quite shocked about Earl's passing. I recently saw him at the ATO tailgate at UNR Homecoming. He filled me in on his whole ordeal and new blended family. He seemed to be doing very well at the time and was very happy. I am so sorry for all of your loss. He was truly a special person.
