Not sure what to say?

Earl Johnson was the Chairman of the Board, Michigan Beef Industry Commission. I was the executive reporting to him. He was the very best boss I ever had. He was supportive and provided gentle guidance. I admired his leadership skills, his humor, integrity, and business acumen. I shed tears when I heard this sad news. He was a very good person. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Dear Sweet Beth and my brother, Frank and family,

We're so saddened to hear about the passing of your father. We have happy memories of being out at your farm playing volleyball when we all first got together. I sent a message to all my "brothers" at the GM Powertrain so they would be aware. Just know that you're in our thoughts and prayers.

Love you, Beth and family,
