May the Grace and Mercy of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be with you. I had the pleasure of working with Earl at the W&LE. A great dispatcher and person work with. I was blessed to have known him.

Marsha and kids and grandkids...I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I think back on the fun I use to have teasing Earl...no one appreciated a joke or a gag-story more than him. He laughed to easily and was so much fun to be around. He was such a joyful and peaceful minded guy...I loved him....Love all of you..
