Earl Lynn Warren age 76 of Dyersburg, TN. died Monday, February 09, 2026, she made a peaceful transition to her heavenly home. Cremation is under direction of McCreight Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to McCreight Funeral Home. You may share your memories and condolences with the family at www.mccreightfuneralhome.com. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Pavilion of Hope Ministries with Pastor Darrell McElrath officiating. She was born on November 10, 1949, in Decatur County, Tennessee, to Earl and Mae Bogan Vaughn. Earl Lynn attended Bruce High School before transferring to Dyersburg High School. where she graduated in May 1970. She later earned an Associate of Science degree from Bethel University. She worked many years at World Color and proudly served her country in the United States Air Force and the National Guard, where she achieved the rank of Sergeant before retiring in December 2003. She served in the Iraq ward. Known for living life to the fullest, Earl Lynn treated everyone with kindness and respect. She was affectionately known as "Sister Solder."


She professed her love for Christ at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Dyersburg under the leadership of the late Rev. W.L. McCadney, Sr., she later became a member of Dyersburg Christian Center under the leadership of the late Pastor Pearlie M. Qualls and then Biship Wesley Arije, continuing her service with Pavilion of Hope (formerly Dyersburg Chrisitan Center) under Pastor Darrell McElrath. Throughout her years of dedicated ministry, she served as a minister, director of the Usher Board, Sunday School teacher, director of the Drill/Step Team, and director of Pearlie M. Qualls Scholarship. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mae Bogan Vaugh, sister, Patricia (Pat) Hadley, and her nephew, Tyrus Blalock. Cherishing her memory are her sons, Salvenra Warre of Carbondale, IL., Demerge Warren of Jackson, TN., Demite Warren of Dyersburg, TN., daughter, Celeste Warren of Dyersburg, TN., her stepdaughter, Felisa (Rev. Johnny) Jones of Dyersburg, TN., her goddaughter, Destiny Noelms, she leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Demarion Ceasar, DeAndre Ceasar Jr, Jamall Ceasar, Khyro Warren, and her nephew, Hunn Hadley. She is also remembered with love by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, Nephews, cousins, and friends.

Aunt Lynn was very sweet kind and very lovely lady and help anyone and would tell it like it was in a well putt manner and loved her nephews tyrus and hunn she loved aw her family and friends she would welcome you in her house with open arms and make u feel so welcomed and comfortable she never met a stranger she loved her sodas but her nephew would tell her she didnt need them and she loved her some grecians my heart go out to her family and friends aunt Lynn was definitely a sweet lovely...

I am sorry I can not attend the service. She was a special person, that I enjoyed serving with for many years. Comfort through Christ the Savior, for the family and her many friends.

Earl Lynn's father and my mother Pearl were were twins. My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Earl Lynn. May God grant you peace, comfort and understanding during this time and beyond.
