Not sure what to say?

My heart is with you in your time of sorrow. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that God keeps our love ones in His memory (Jeremiah 29:11,12) ~MM~

Earl was a man who understood what his constituents wanted. He married one of my best friends and that made him family. I will always be grateful for the love he had for Beth Lampe Martin because she loved him dearly. While I have many memories of Earl, the fact that he came with Beth to Norms wake in the hinterlands of North Royalton to pin a RR pendant on Norms lapel sealed the deal for me. I was too overcome at CYC, but my dear Beth, that is my Earlism

Dear Beth, sorry this late but the wish is sincere. May the good memories comfort you on the loss of Earl. Love to you and your family ANNA MAY HUNT ROCKY RIVER

As a resident of Rocky River, I am saddened to hear of this loss. Mr. Martin will always be remembered as Mayor in my eyes. There are many memories I can share about Mayor Martin. I knew him as good Friend's of my Parents. Mom and Dad were a year ahead of Mayor Martin (1946). Mayor Martin gave me one of my first job's with the City(1975). He would come over on some of those Friday night's for a card game, always with a fat stocky in hand. I recall seeing Mr. Martin at the Original Martin's...

Earl gave me a job when I needed one at the switchboard and ending years later as his secretary. Those were some of the happiest days of my life and I am forever grateful to him. Rest In Peace, Boss.

So sorry Beth, we were out of town. You have our deepest sympathy
