I served along with Earl for many years on our School Board. Although we didn't always agree, he was always a gentleman and we always were able to come to friendly conclusions in the end. Earl lived a long life of service to others and will be missed by many.

I worked with Earl at the City of L'burg. He taught me about different trees and I respected his knowledge and wisdom. His advice, sense of humor. A true Gentleman. I will never forget him. God Bless

Mr Pickett was a wonderful person. I have fond memories of him as principal at Oakville Elementary. Always so kind and patience with swarm smile. May God bless his family.
