I played baseball at Cal with Earl in 1956 and 1957. Earl was a very good player whether he played outfield or shortstop and he could hit and run. More importantly Earl was a real good guy and teammate. He was a positive influence on all of us. Sorry to read about his passing. Ron Gaggero co- captian of the 1957 team.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Earl Robinson. Earl was a great role model to many people, gifted in so many fields. Earl was a scholar, gentleman, athlete, and a dapper dresser. I could go on about Earl for hours but I won't, and tell many stories however I won't but I will say that his passing is a loss on so many levels.
To the family I am sorry for loss.
