Big influence in my life miss you cuz

My condolences to Lynee and her family. I met Mr. Scruggs many years ago as a young man. He was a really cool, down-to-earth guy who showed me hospitality and gave me great advice that I have always followed. He was certainly a man of great integrity and full of life. He made a difference in this world.

My condolences go out too his wife and daughters and grandchildren and family. Cousin Earl will truly be missed.

Earl was a Good God Fearing Man and Family to me , I no he is with Our Father up in Heaven the King Now! I will Surly Miss his Smile and his Presence Giselle and family

Wow, it was a shock, my ex husband, Charles Williams who is Earl cousin from Jackson TN just informed me of his passing. Condolences to the entire Scruggs family. Albertha, Demetrius and Charlie Jr Williams.

Just wanted to share my dearest sympathy to my dear friend. Earl was a pure gentleman and was always so good to me as a a fellow referee and and as a friend. I'll never forget the advice he gave me while working my first sectional game. He said just let them play. As soon as he said that all my nerves went away. He was just that way. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Coach was a beacon of light that shined so bright. He made everyone feel special, like you were his best friend. He was an incredible man with a huge heart. The world was definitely a better place because of Coach Earl. He will forever have a place in our family's heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with your beautiful family. With Love, Keith, Kris, Katie, Brian and Matthew Cieplicki

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Earl personally, he did officiate one of my granddaughters basketball games I was so impressed the way he treated these kids. He was not only an officiator. He was teaching them as they went along. He was kind and very, very pleasant to all the children We need more people like him in the world. May he rest in peace

I'd just heard, and I'm so sorry to hear this! Mr Scruggs was such an awesome man- always sincere, thoughtful and encouraging. My Mom and I send our condolences to you and your family.
