Although I never had the pleasure of working with Earl Wasserman while employed at Sax Arts & Crafts, after his retirement I talked with him numerous times regarding his benefits. I have an elderly father and Earl & I shared personal experiences about the "joys of aging". During our telephone conversations, Earl always asked about the welfare of Sax and its employees. My deepest sympathies to his family.

I have worked for Sax for 40 years, was hired by Earl and he was my mentor and friend for the first 20 years of my career. I have many fond memories of those years. We spoke on the phone many times after he retired - whenever he recived a new Sax catalog he would call with nice comments for me. I was so sorry to hear of his passing but glad that he enjoyed such a long happy life.
With Sympathy,

Earl was a friend, patient, and business partner. I had nothing but admiration for his honesty, integrity, and business judgement. Ruth and I send our condolensces.
