Not sure what to say?

My wife Mary and I always looked forward to talking with Earl and Cindy when we got together with the Wilton Center group some 15 years ago. Earl was fun to be around with and I enjoyed his fishing stories. We are sorry for your loss.

My dear friend Cindy and Family
Earl was a wonderful friend, mentor and all aroud good guy! He taught me so much about work and life, when Bob was dignoised with cancer Earl told me to buck up and stop feeling sorry for myself! That was the best advice I could of gotten, most people would of not cared enough to tell the truth but Earl was always honest and I will always love him amd You. God Bless you :) Love Janie Baker

Cindy, Stacey and JR,

Stacey & Family - I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you during this very difficult time. Love,

Earl was my mentor, my friend, my fishing buddy, we shared the boat the shared the good times. I came to know Earl and learned to admire him and in doing so I know he didn't cross the Jordan alone. He's up there landing a big one with a smile on his face. Earl I'm gona miss you and save a few of the big ones for me.
your friend and buddy, Bob Baker

To the family of Earl Welsh Jr.
I had the pleasure of working with Earl for over 35 years at Caterpillar. Earl loved life his family and as you know loved to fish. He faced his illness with great courage and never let us feel sorry for him. In the Holy Word, Jesus loved fishermen and called them to join him on his ministry, well his has called another fisherman, our dear friend Earl and I am sure Earl is letting all of heaven know how to cast, set you depth and love life.
Rest in...
