Read MoreEarl was on the Pitman Police Force when my father Walter S. Gibbs was Mayor. As young child I became extremely ill. Parents didn't know if I had polio. Earl volunteered to take me to the hospital. My parents & I were very grateful for his jesture. Earl was deeply respected & well like by by all of Pitman residents.

Today we honor a great man!!!!!!! I remember working with Earl Jr. as my dispatcher for a few years. RIP my brother!!!!!!!!!!!!
