Not sure what to say?

I knew Earlene as Mrs. Shaffer when I first met her in the early 1970's through her son Kent. I was impressed with her kindness, strength and courage. She was a great mom for Kent and Sheri. Earlene was a kind soul, great kindergarten teacher, and made the best egg gravy ever! Sherlene, my prayers are with you and your family. Your sweet mama was truly one of a kind.

One often hears the term vivacious used to describe someone. Never has this been truer than describing Earlene. Always eager to share, learn, embrace joy and living life to the fullest are my first thoughts when remembering Earlene. The Lord created a special person in her and I can't even imagine the lives she has impacted during her lifetime. Jeri and I loved her dearly and will miss her greatly! I will also never forget the story of the squirrels.
