Not sure what to say?

This is the time of year when we remember old friends. And I will always remember the great friend, gentleman, and consumate gentleman that was Earl Hill.

My condolences to the Hill Family. I just learned of your father's passing. He was such a pleasant man & I'm glad I had the opportunity to make his acquaintance. The time we have together is never enough, the love we have is never ending. Those we love but say goodbye to will never be forgotten. May the time you shared & the memories carry you through this difficult time. You are in my thoughts & prayers.

We will always cherish our memories of Earl. To Tammy and family: may you take comfort in knowing how much everyone valued him.

Earl, I will miss your warm spirit! You touched so may lives and your legacy will live on forever. My sincere condolences to the Hill family during this time. I wish you peace and comfort. Sincerely, Shanice Brown (Emory University)

I will miss the physical presence of this fine gentleman in this world. Since I met him at IBM in the early 1980s, Earl has been a trusted mentor, a helpful resource, and a loyal friend. Though his passing took my breath away, memories of his quick wit, his pride in his children, and his adoration for his best friend and wife Tammy will continue to bring a smile to my face.

Dear Earl, yours was a life well lived. Rest in peace.

Earl has been a wonderful colleague and friend over the past twenty years that I've been at Emory. His distinctive voice and generous spirit quickly come to mind. My condolences to the Hill family, Tammy in particular, and thank you for sharing Earl with us these past decades. May he rest in peace -- On Wisconsin!

I worked with Earl at Goizueta for the last 15 years. He was one of my favorite Faculty. Always had a pleasant smile and a warm hug. I'm happy to have gotten my last warm hug at our Thanksgiving luncheon a few weeks ago. I'm also an ex-IBM'er and we had that in common. He'll be dearly missed in the GTS department at Goizueta. My condolences to his family. May God comfort each of you.

May the God of comfort and peace continue to be with family and friends to see you through this difficult time. Hosea 13:14
