Mr Dulin was a wonderful person. he helped so many people with their problems ,it being electrical or needing a little cash to tie them over or just being a freind.he has helped me with my well and very much more he was a dear freind and will be missed , but heaven will have a very good handy man for any problems that may occur up there.we love you so very much and will never forget you
