So very sorry to learn of Ed's passing. My family (Pfister) lived down the road from Ed and his family. Ed's sisters Kate and Jo and occasionally Thelma would babysit me and my younger siblings for my mom and dad. My brothers are around Ed's age and they thought they ruled the neighborhood. I remember sledding on the hill in back of the Kelle's house. I was quite a bit younger than Ed and his siblings, but I look back fondly on this time of my life. It sounds like Ed fought for a long time....
