PAYNE, MR. ED, age 54, of Birmingham, will have a Memorial Service on Friday, July 9, 2004, at 2 p.m. at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. A full obituary will run in Friday's paper.
