I fondly remember the many conversations that I had with Ed. He was a journalist whom I trusted when he asked about the major criminal investigations that I was conducting at the time. Even today, when discussing various cases with people, Ed's name comes up. I collected many Mercury/News clippings of the various stories that Ed wrote.
