I have many fond memories of Ed, but a couple stand out more than others. We had planned a ski trip to New Mexico, and went to take ski lessons out at Copeland Sports on SPID. (There was a ramp with round scrub brushes to ski on.). Next to the ramp was a chain link fence, and we were bundled up in ski clothes b/c it was a blisteringly cold Corpus Christi day. It was Ed´s turn to practice stopping doing a snow plow, and he skied into the chain link fence just as one of his buddies pulled...
