I have videos I took when I visited your mommie I found one of her earliest works n Denver Colorado I drove to Santa Rosa to meet her on two occasions just found out about her passing I have been on mission in Belize Central American my name is sister Nina 720 3391587

I am very familiar with Eda's work as she was a friend of my biological mother. I actually own a few of her pieces and am very saddened to hear of her passing. Eda's spirit and creative contributions to our world bring happiness and positivity to my sould as well as the rest of the McCay family. God Bless her and family.

I WAS JUST GIVEN SOME BEAUTIFUL ORNAMENTS THAT WERE PAINTED BY EDA..THEY ARE MOST SPECIAL AND WE WILL CERTAINLY ENJOY THEM EVERY CHRISTMAS SEASON.

What a long wonderful life Eda lived. I took her art classes in 1975 when she had her studio on 4th Street in Santa Rosa and we all aspired to paint like her. She was always patient..caring and otherworldly and her Iris' and landscapes were epic and so calming. On special days she'd take us to her home off California Street and we'd paint in her gardens as her husband would flit in and out of them in a suit, usually brown. Such a great couple, such an extraordinary artist..Eda left her mark....

I cherish one of Eda's paintings that I inherited from my Aunt. I actually called her about a year ago to tell her how much I loved it. Condolences to her family, may dear Eda rest in peace.
