Eddie Bellamy

Home going celebration for Mr. Eddie Michael “ Luke”Bellamy who passed away on Tuesday April 26, 2016 will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 E. 25th Avenue Tampa, Florida Pastor Dwight Newkirk, with Pastor Tony Parker, Officiating Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Lee Bellamy, Sr. Mr. Bellamy leaves to cherish fond memories of him with his son, Eddie Michael Bellamy, III; loving and caring mother, Ernestine Bellamy; 3 sisters, Sheron B. Abernathy (Ron), Wendy Bellamy and Barbara Bellamy; 2 brothers, Ronald Bellamy and Patrick Bellamy (Bonnie); loving nieces, Rhonita B. Mitchell (Kevin), Reva Bellamy, Markeisha Bush, Brittani Bellamy, Bryanna Bellamy and Briah Bellamy; nephews, Marquise Bush (Quanisha), Jayson Sampson and Ronald Abernathy, Jr.; aunts, Alberta Pyron, Elizabeth McQuay (Nathaniel), Christine Statton (LC), Emma Jean Howard, Inez Donaldson, Jean Ellen Jones, Lillie Mae Hamilton, Bernice Wiliams and Essie Mae Bivens; uncles, Alfonso Howard, Frank Howard, Elmer Howard (Leola), Elijah Bivens, Willie Bivens and David Bivens; a host of loving great nieces, nephews and cousins whom he loved dearly and other sorrowing relatives and friends.

A native of Tampa, Florida Mr. Bellamy was born to the parentage of Eddie Lee Bellamy, Sr. and Ernestine Bellamy. He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County.

There will be a viewing on Friday May 6, 2016 from 5:00 – 8: p.m.at Wilson Funeral Home.
