A truly sweet man. I had him for metal shop at Shawnee Intermediate School around 1982. I think he was worried I was going to cut a finger or hand off because he usually used my project to demonstrate what the class needed to do. I was truly grateful for this because I was more than a little nervous and knew I didnt have a future in metal work! I really did enjoy him as a teacher and remember everyone liking him and finding him funny. So sorry for the loss to his family.
