Eddie was born on December 29, 1936 and passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018. Eddie was a resident of Carthage, Texas at the time of passing. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Pastor Benny Anglin officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. My Uncle Don was the "Duke Family Leader". We all asked his Opinion on life changing matters ( well I know that I did). He gave use sound advise, and showed us that he did love and care for us. I haven't seen Him in a while, but He was always there. I have always Loved Him and I always will!
