Eddie Michaels

As I worked with Eddie on a project I was struck by his intense optimism and drive. The story I remember with pleasure is him telling me that he went on a fishing trip with a client and there was only cell phone reception if he would stand on a high rock on his tippy toes. I can envision him there with his beloved cell phone and I will keep him on my favorites list just in case he finds a rock with reception in Heaven. I will miss you man. Robbie Bosnak

Eddie was a class act and friend to journalists. I enjoyed working with him on and off over the last few years and his friendship and interest in my life. I'm very sad at his passing, and hope the family takes comfort in their wonderful memories of a great husband, dad, and pal. Rest well, Eddie.

Eddie kept it funny & light during the stressful stuff, reminding me that its all a bit funny and not to be taken so seriously. He's a really nice guy and my warmest regards for his family & friends. I didn't know he was sick and haven't seen him in a while, but he's a class act and its obvious he stayed a great guy to the end. Rest in peace Eddie
