Eddie Jackson Miller

Eddie B. Jackson Miller, 78, of New York, formerly of Luxora passed away November 9, 2021 at Glen Cove Hospital in Glen Cove, NY.  She was a retired school teacher and a member of Holy Ghost Temple C.O.G.I.C. in Luxora.  Ms. Miller was born December 30, 1942 in Osceola to Simon  and Elmether Stephenson Jackson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Miller, and one brother Wade Jackson.  She is survived by one son Rodney (Tracey) Carter of New York, NY, two daughters Teresa Carter of New York, NY, Patricia Miller of New York, NY, three sisters Elmether Kizzart of St. Louis, MO, Lois Mabins of Osceola, Flora Jackson of Chicago, IL, four grandkids Sheree Carter, Ryan Carter, Sade Jean Baptiste, Elmether Jean Baptiste, two great grandkids Melinda Miller and Victoria Alexandria.  Visitation will be Friday November 19, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Funeral services will be Saturday November 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Promiseland C.O.G.I.C. in Oscola with burial at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR with Shepherdess Lois Mabins officiating.  Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
