Dr. Eddie L. retired Associate Superintendent of Princeton City School system for 37 years passed Feb. 16 at the age of 84. He leaves to cherish is memory his two children Eddie Jr. (Linda) and Evelyn Starr and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit from 10am until the hour of service at a 11am Sat Feb. 20 at Lincoln Heights Baptist Church 9991 Wayne Ave 45215. Interment is Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Starr was a very kind man and he always encouraged me when I saw him. I recently saw him honored at Princeton High schools distinguished alumni banquet and he was honored to be honored. He will be missed but his legacy lives on. Evelyn you and your brother had two wonderful parents.

Mr. Starr holds an permanent positive mark in the history of of the Princeton City School District, Lockland and the former Lincoln Heights School District. I am grateful to have talked with him about that history. Thanks for his service to the education of students in the Valley!
