Not sure what to say?

Oh, Eddie. My heart is so heavy today with thoughts of you. Six years has passed yet you stay in my heart. It is comforting that I will see you again one day, but I'd rather you be here now. I hope that you are keeping a watchful eye on me and my kids. Lord knows they need you as a guardian angel.
I miss you. I'm also grateful to have known you and loved you. I love you still. God bless you and your family. Thank you so much for your service and sacrifice.

Together...We Will Not Forget...My name is Debbie Elam and I am the Chairman of the Virginia Memorial Quilt Project. Our group is making and presenting a numbered memorial quilt to the immediate family of each soldier killed in Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on Terror with ties to the Commonwealth of Virginia. We have a website at www.vmqp.com if you get a chance to see the quilts. We have sent 207 quilts as of this date. Please contact me via email or...

To the family and friends of 1st Sgt. Eddie Turner:
Remembering Eddie on the anniversary of his passing. May our fallen heroes never be forgotten!

Eddie it hurts as I write this there is not a day when I don't think about you. As you know you were like my son even though by relationship I was your Uncle. My heart hurts everyday. Emo still can't get over your loss here on earth. When we visit your resting place Emo always gives her boy a kiss and talks with you. We are always talking about you when things come up that remind us of our boy. You know even that you were a grown man you are still our boy. I miss you so much. I love you,...

To the family of 1st Sgt. Eddie Turner:
Eddie gave the ultimate sacrifice and will be held in the hearts of Americans forever. I cannot and will not let our fallen heroes be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to you. "Some gave all."

To the family and friends of 1SG Turner I extend my deepest condolences. I had the privilege of serving with him during OIF 05-07 while we were stationed at 2BCT, 2/1 AD, in Baumholder, Germany. I will never forget his wisdom, his camaraderie, and his leadership. I am a better person because I knew him and I will never forget him. Always my comrade, my brother, my friend. RIP 1SG! You were truly one of a kind!
