Not sure what to say?

Jim and I express our sincere sympathy to the family. We first met Eddy in the Singles Dept at Istrouma Baptist Church. He was a wonderful person and we enjoyed good times in Sunday School together. Heaven is his true home and he has arrived.

Eddy was such a great friend to me and he will truely be missed. I will never forget the fun times spent with him, Charles Lapham and my brother at the fair, at Istrouma Babtist, or just hanging out on the weekends. Eddy, I'll see you again in Heaven someday.

I've known Eddy my whole life. He was a great person and a wonderful, dedicated volunteer. I always enjoyed our conversations at the Fair. Backstage won't be the same without him. We'll miss you Eddy!

OGB will forever remember Eddy walking around with his cart. He is favorably remembered as "shredding Eddy."

So sorry to hear of your loss. My family knew Eddy back when he helped with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and I also remember seeing him at Istrouma. My best friend went there, and when I'd visit her, I would see him in passing. God be with all of you in your time of sorrow.

I shall my Eddie Eddie,
He was always bringing a smile to those who shared a little part of his life.

The average life span may be seventy-five to eighty years, but who can say you or I have that long? We may have less than two years or, for that matter, less than two weeks.

Since this is true, let’s do our best to make the time we have count. Rather than live with reluctance, let’s live with exuberance. Instead of fearing what’s ahead, let’s face it head-on...

To the Family of Eddy, I was sadden to hear that Eddy had went to be with the Lord. Eddy was a kind gentle person. He will be greatly missed. One thing we know for sure he is SEEING heaven. My prayers and sympathy are with his family. May God give you strenght during this time.

MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH HIS FAMILY...... A GREAT LION.....

Eddy you leave a unique hole in your departure. We were friends across the canal. I'll think of you when I walk beneath those trees. Go well my friend.
