Marian & I offer our symphathy to Joann & family. Ed was an asset to the Tucson community and the CPA profession for many years. During my years with Ernst & Ernst I had the good fortune to work with Ed for five of those years in the Tucson office. He taught all of his staff members, by example, what it means to give back to your community. He left Tucson a much better place for his efforts.

Ed was our comapny accountant for many years. He did a wonderful job and I alwys had the highest respect for him. He was a contributer to the Community of Tucson in so many ways. As a fellow Man of the Year we shared many common interests. Great guy and a wonderful husband to Joann to whom I send my love and condolences.

Dear Joann and family,
Ed hired me at E&E in 1964 and I worked for him for ten years. He was my mentor and a good friend. Ed continued to be a mentor and friend long after I left Ernst. He supported me and recommended me during my entire carrer until he left Tucson. I am very sorry for your loss.
Rest in pease Ed.

We share our sorrow with Ed's family. He was an exceptional man who worked with integrity and dedication for many years to ensure the children in the Amphi school district received the best possible education. For that we are grateful.
